    Centralized air conditioning, spacious bathroom, good WhatsApp communication

    The room lacked basic comfort due to an overly hard bed!!! The mini fridge's noise was quite bothersome!!! A better-quality mattress topper would be a great improvement!!! Access system could use more clarity!!!

    Was a perfect base for trip. Truly enjoyed Perugia, the hotel was great in the middle of the city. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was marvellous, for example, a historic square was not too far away from the venue.

    Excellent location in the middle of the city, good for visiting Perugia. Nearby Osteria a Priori - great place to chill out. Lots of food available in the lobby.

    I had high expectations for my stay, but the bed was harder than a rock, and why would half the power sockets be dead? A warm welcome gift would've been lovely, except, of course, that never happened. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but the consistent disappointments just couldn't let me.

    Very good WhatsApp communication before my stay. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from the old town center. Room was clean, with plush towels and a nice dressing gown. Breakfast had plenty of fresh fruit and was delicious! Would totally stay here again 😊

    I appreciated how close I was to landmarks like the Palazzo dei Priori and the inviting cafes like Alice Pizza just steps away, made my weekend strolls more fun. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

    I had a fantastic 3-night stay where the Bluetooth sound system in my spacious room and the amazing shower in the bathroom stood out. The amazing breakfast choice was a real winner, although the air conditioning struggled a bit to keep the room cool, but thankfully a fan was provided. I would definitely stay here again!
